  • We are aware that there is currently an issue with YouTube download and are currently investigating.

    Edit (04/21/23):

    We just released another update. Just delete software.json again to trigger updare. After that it should work again as before.

    Edit (04/20/23):

    The issue in YouTube Video Backend is fixed.

    Please delete the software.json in storage/app/YouTube folder to trigger update.

    You may need to clear video cache from backend.

    run php artisan cache:clear to do this.

     

    If you get an Error 500 on MP3 Converter Pro, you may need this fix.

     

    Simply unzip and replace the resources folder from the zip file with the one on your server.

  • It seems that there is currently a issue with the YouTube module of MP3 Converter Light.

     

    - It is currently not possible to download encrypted videos (e.g. Vevo Channel).

    - unencrypted videos are not affected and can still be downloaded.

     

    Please be patient, we are investigating this issue.

     

    Our other products, MP3 Converter Pro with YouTube Video Backend and YouTube Media Converter are not affected.

  • Dear Customers,

    YouTube made serious changes today that will affect download speed or make downloading impossible.

    We are aware of this issue and are currently investigating it.

    Please avoid future support requests on this topic as this will delay the resolution of this issue.

    UPDATE !!

    We have a tentative "fix" for YouTube applied to the YouTube Media Converter software HERE.

    Even if you've not purchased this product, please open a ticket and let us know if the following is now addressed:

    • Faster download speeds
    • Videos do NOT result in incomplete or partial downloads
    • Generally, downloading/conversion is working as expected


    When we've received sufficient positive feedback about this solution, then we'll roll out updates for ALL products as soon as possible.

    In the meantime, thank you for your patience and your help testing this solution.
