This Tutorial reflects a MP3 Converter Pro (MCP) Cluster with 2 or more Servers.
Use case example:
Your Master Server using the Domain example.com and the IP 18.104.22.168
Your Second Server (Worker) using the Domain cdn02.example.com and the IP 22.214.171.124
Make sure your DNS is correctly Configured and the A Record points to the given Server.
All requets MUST be send to the Master Server example.com and the Software build in Horizon Queue will Balance all Converting Jobs to your Worker Servers.
The Worker domain cdn02.example.com will only be used to download the resulting file. DON'T send API requests to it.
You don't need extra Software Licenses for a Worker.
1) Configure Redis that it can communicate with your other Servers.
How To Configure Redis to use it for a MP3 Converter Pro Cluster (Multi Server)
2) Install MCP on your new Server in the same way as your First (Master). How To install MP3 Converter Pro
Important: You must use the same Redis Server as your Master. So use the IP of your First Server. So in this case of this Tutorial 126.96.36.199
3) Open the .env file in the root dir of the MCP installation.
Change APP_WORKER_NAME="node1" to APP_WORKER_NAME="node2" or a name you want. It must be different as the other Server.
4)In the Admin Panel of the Worker Server (cdn02.example.com/admin) you must disable the GUI Mode by set API Mode as well as Enable Subdomain Support and enter your Domain of your Worker (e.g. https://cdn02.example.com)
5) if you have all previous steps done, then Restart Horizon in Supervisor to make your Settings active.
You should now see both Workers in the Horizon Dashboard.
